The capillary thermostat is applicable for maintaining the required temperature of an air or liquids in different kinds of electric appliances such as water heaters, boilers, washing machines, dryers, fan heaters, electric ovens and other kitchen equipment.
Operation of capillary thermostat WKC series is intended to maintain the required temperature in a device or its parts. A rise in temperature causes the expansion of liquid within the bulb and capillary. The liquid acts on a diaphragm within the plastic housing to open electrical contacts.
Temperature range 10°C…+60°C, 30°C…+85°C, 30°C…+110°C,30°C…+230°C,50°C…+320°C, other temperature range can be customized on request.
Nominal contacts load is 16A at 250VAC.
Capillary tube and sensing bulb can be made of copper or stainless steel depending on clients request. Capillary length 1000mm,if desired, the production of a capillary up to 3 meters is possible.
