Our factory is located in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang Province.
Q3: What kind of products do you manage for your company ?
The company manages explosion proof lights, crimping tools, PVC/PUR spiral cables, capillary thermostats and the others on request.
Q4: What payment term do you do ?
30% deposit, the 70% balance before shipment or L/C
Q5: How quickly you fulfill orders ?
In general, we can fulfill orders within 20days after 30% deposit.
Q6: How can I contact the manufacturer of a product that interests me?
When you have found an interesting product, you can send us an inquiry by email: [email protected] Each request is sent directly to our sales who will reply to you as quickly as possible.
Q7: How many hours do you work every day ?
About 9 hours a day.
Q8: May I know if your products can be tested by the third party, such as SGS ?
Yes, sure, all products can be certified by the third party.
Q9: What shall we do if there is the problem of shortage or disqualification with your products ?
We assure you that it is not likely to happen. Our goods must be up to export standards before the Inspection Bureau releases them.

Q1: How can I customize spiral cable ?
Up to 10 foot retracted lengths with numerous custom options available:
- Extended or working vs. Retracted length
- Custom tangent direction and length
- Common materials
- Custom inside or outside diameter of the coil
Q2: How does the factory handle packaging of shipments ?
It depends.
In general, we always use cardboard boxes and then place all boxes onto the plywood pallets.
Q3: Do you have any certificates for all products which displayed on the website ?
Yes, we have.
Q4:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for an order ?
At least 500 pcs. Keep in mind that the MOQ is fluid, as it varies depending on a range of products.
Q5: What information do I supply for receiving a quotation from the factory?

Q6: How long do you schedule delivery?
We can make delivery within 20days after payment.
Q7: How much do you charge for samples ?
The sample charge is USD100. If you receive the sample and then later decide to place an order, the sample charge will be deducted from the cost of the order.
