Disadvantages

  1. Easy to leak.The oil pressure of the hydraulic system is high, and the hydraulic oil is easy to leak through sealing or clearance, which causes the consumption of hydraulic media and environmental pollution.
  2. Hydraulic transmission in the process of energy transmission, there are often more energy losses (pressure loss and flow loss, etc.), so that the transmission efficiency is low.
  3. The viscosity of temperature-sensitive oil varies with the temperature, and the viscosity changes lead to the change of flow, leakage and resistance, which easily leads to the unstable movement of the working mechanism.
  4. High manufacturing cost in order to reduce leakage, the manufacturing accuracy of hydraulic components is required to be higher, thus increasing the manufacturing cost
